AIエージェント機能を含むSaaSサービスの開発を、

AI駆動開発を中心に行っていただきます。

Web開発のベース知識や経験をお持ちの方で、

最新のAI駆動開発へのシフトを学びながら日々成長していただけます。

【仕事内容】

・リーダーの指示に基づき、Codex CLIやCursorなどのAIツールを駆使した

Webアプリケーションの設計・コーディング・テスト・セキュリティ対策・保守管理等

・最新のAI開発ツールの学習と実践

・日々の試行錯誤を通じた、開発プロセスの改善

・常に最新ノウハウに触れられ、スキルアップが自然とできる環境です。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり163時間

  • フレックスタイム制

・標準労働時間:1日8時間 / 週40時間

・コアタイム:13:00~17:00

・フレキシブルタイム:8:00-13:00 / 17:00-22:00

※月の所定労働時間:(暦日数-休日休暇数)× 8時間

※中抜け制度あり

契約更新期間:2ヶ月

基本給:月給 20万円 〜 70万円

固定残業代:あり
