【業務内容】
経営陣直下、少数精鋭のチームで、全社の経営戦略立案・意思決定支援を担います 。
現場や事業サイドに寄り添いながら、
経営数字・定性FACT・戦略視点の三軸から会社全体をドライブしていくポジションです。

主な業務
・全社の経営数字・定性FACTの整理および経営への示唆出し、アジェンダセッティング
・各セグメント・事業・子会社の中長期ビジョン・アジェンダ策定、数字計画への落とし込み
・経営会議におけるアジェンダ設定・資料準備・議論設計
・セグメント・事業の垣根を超えたハンズオンでの事業成長支援
・半期ごとの主要事業の戦略・目標の壁打ちおよびアセスメント
・事業間シナジーを生むポートフォリオ戦略の企画立案
・その他、経営推進に資すると判断したプロジェクトへの柔軟な参画
