✬ 仕事内容 ✬

企業主導型保育園での保育業務全般。

0〜1歳はひとりひとりに寄りそう手厚い保育。

2〜5歳は脳科学に基づいた教育プログラム(英語教室やリトミック教室)で、

子どもの可能性を最大限に引き出す保育を一緒に作っていきましょう

<具体的には>

・日課(ブレインビクス・フラッシュカードなど)

・隔週で来園するリトミック、英語の講師のサポート

・園バスで戸外活動(公園)の引率

・姉妹園との交流保育

・行事(夏祭り・運動会・生活発表会・クリスマス会など)

立案や準備など、無理のないように

職員全員でサポートしながら楽しく進めています。

保育のアイディアを出しやすい環境です。

企業主導型園:定員50名

従業員数:19名(正社員:12名、パート:6名)

20代新卒〜40代、50代のベテランまで、幅広い年齢層の保育士が在籍。

教育体制がしっかり整っており、未経験、新卒、ブランクの人も安心して働けます。

休みが取りやすく、子育て中でも長期勤務できる環境を作っています。

シフトは希望提出制で融通がきき、職員配置が多いため有休も取りやすいです。

  • 事務作業はICT(電子タブレット)を導入し効率化しています。
  • 保護者用のお写真についても、保育室に自動カメラを設置して効率化しています。
  • 残業や持ち帰り仕事はほとんどありません。
  • 休憩や事務作業は別室で行えます。
  • 保育士正社員の無料託児施設あり(※人数上限あるため要確認)

ご自身のお子さん(生後6ヶ月~就学前)を預けての勤務ができます。

※ならし保育の期間、欠勤または短時間勤務となります。(その他、社内規定あり)

月給:223,000円〜283,000円(各種手当て含む)

試用期間:月給223,000円〜

年収例:300万円〜340万円(入社2年目/各種手当・賞与込)

固定残業代12時間分、残業が無い場合も支給、12時間超過分は別途支給あり。

残業ほぼなし昇給あり:年1回賞与(ボーナス)あり:年2~3回(処遇改善手当含む)

求める人材: 保育士資格必須(免許があれば未経験OK)

勤務時間・曜日:

7:00〜20:30の間で希望シフト制

(1ヶ月平均40時間の変形労働時間制)

シフト例:

7:20〜16:20

9:20〜18:20/9:20〜19:20

などなど

休暇・休日:

週休2日+祝休み(土日祝休み)

※土曜出勤 月2回程度有り(代休あり)

※「勤務希望提出制(希望シフト制)」を導入しているので融通が効きます。

※有休取得率9割以上、とても休暇の取りやすい環境です。

年間休日126日(2019年度)
