ECソリューション開発部は、マーケットプレイスの多様性の促進と拡大を実現することをミッションとしています。楽天市場の店舗様の運営に必要なツールやサービスの開発。そして、様々なECサービスの拡張、新規ECサービスの立ち上げを行う組織です。

マーケットプレイスエクスパンション開発課は、Jリーグオンラインストア/ふるさと納税/楽券/Raxyなどのサービスを開発・運用しています。

また、楽天におけるマーケットプレイスの拡大・成長を目的として新規EC関連サービスの立ち上げを行っており、とてもチャレンジングで楽天ならではの経験が得られる部署です。

楽天のマーケットプレイスの拡大をミッションとする我々の組織において、非常に重要なポジションであるプロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。新サービス立ち上げやリバンププロジェクトにおいて、ユーザの期待を超えるサービスを提供し、事業の成長を共に成し遂げましょう。

業務内容
プロジェクトマネージャーに求められる業務は、予算内およびスケジュール通りにプロジェクトを進行し、各タスク期限において適切な担当者を割り当て、プロジェクトの進捗状況やリスクや課題解決を促進しながらプロジェクトの進捗状況について的確にレポートすることです。

また、プロジェクトのステークホルダーと協力し、成果物がスケジュールや予算内に収まるよう、各部門と調整し、プロジェクトを最速でリードしていくことが求められます。

<主な責任として>

・プロジェクトの計画:ゴール設定、マイルストーンとクリティカルパス計画、社内外のプロジェクト依存関係の計画、テストとリリース計画、予算計画、スケジュールの作成

・プロジェクトの遂行と進捗:判断と意思決定、プロセス管理、タスクトラッキング、品質管理、予算とコスト管理、スコープ変更への処理

・コミュニケーション:ステークホルダー管理、プロジェクトのファシリテーション、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、レポーティング

・リスク管理とリスク低減

・イシュー管理と解決促進

・プロジェクトマネジメントにおけるベストプラクティスの改善

必須要件:
・プロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験(5年程度)

・エンジニアリングにおける基礎知識、またはそれに準じたエンジニアとしての開発経験

・スピード感のある問題管理およびリスク管理及び問題解決スキル

・ステークホルダー間に発生するコミュニケーションギャップを最小化するなどのコミュニケーションスキル

・Jira/Confluence およびその他のプロジェクト管理ツールのナレッジ

・プロジェクトを完了に導くための強い「コミットメント」マインドセットおよびリーダーシップ

・エンジニア、プロダクトマネージャー、ビジネスパートナーとの協業経験

歓迎要件:
・ECサービスのプロダクトマネジメント経験

・クロスボーダーサービスに携わった経験

・英語を主としたプロジェクトでの経験
