仕事内容
木造住宅の建築現場で、大工さんたちと一緒に家づくりを進めていきます。
最初は資材を運んだり、現場の掃除や片付けなどの簡単な作業からスタート。
慣れてきたら、クレーンを使って木材を組み上げたり、家の骨組みをつくるような本格的な作業にもチャレンジできます。
入社後は職業訓練校に通って基礎から技術を学べるので、未経験の方も安心。
1年目は先輩の大工さんがマンツーマンで教えてくれて、3年目には現場を任されるほどに成長できます。
作業を通じて、家がどんどん形になっていく感動を味わえる、やりがいある仕事です

勤務地は静岡県御前崎市。基本的に転勤はなく、腰を据えて働けます。
残業は月10〜15時間ほどと少なめで、生活のリズムも整えやすいのが魅力
中には30年以上働き続けているスタッフもおり、安心して長く働ける環境です
③ 住宅から公共工事までスキルが幅広く身につく
仕事は住宅の新築工事から道路整備工事などの公共インフラ工事、及び工場の新築、増改築、修繕工事まで幅広く行うのが当社の特徴
最初は材料運びや片付けなどの簡単な作業から始めて、慣れてきたら重機の操作にもチャレンジ
資格取得の費用も会社がサポートしてくれるので、成長したい気持ちをしっかり応援します
