仕事内容:

教育業界専門のキャリアアドバイザーとして、求職者のキャリア支援、企業の中途採用支援を担っていただきます。

<業務内容>

・転職を希望される方(検討中の方)との面談、求人紹介

転職理由、今後のキャリアで叶えたいこと、大事にしたいことなどを面談で伺い、現在のスキル・経験を踏まえた今後のキャリアプラン、求人の紹介・提案を行います。

・書類選考準備~企業へのご推薦

書類選考に向けたレジュメ作成のサポート、アドバイス、企業へのご紹介もキャリアドバイザーが一貫して行います。

転職理由や経験のヒアリング、成果の言語化を行い、求職者の魅力が企業に伝わるようサポートします。

また、教育業界特化のエージェントとしての強みを活かして、選考企業や面接の情報提供なども行います。

・進捗フォロー

スムーズに転職活動が行えるよう、複数企業の面接日程調整、条件交渉などを求職者の代わりに行います。内定・内定承諾後、求職者の退職・入社までフォローします。

※求職者の集客活動や企業開拓は専任スタッフが行います。本ポジションでは、求職者の転職成功に専念していただけます。

一例として下記のような流れで勤務しています。

10:00~ 朝会(当日の流れやタスクを上司と確認)

11:30~ 面談①

13:00~14:30 休憩

15:00~15:30 全体会(全員参加の日次MTG)

17:30~ 面談②

19:30~ 退勤

勤務時間・曜日:

就業時間10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

残業時間:平均月20~30時間程

土日祝休み

休暇・休日:

年間休日:128日程度

土・日・祝日(シフトによる出勤等はありません)

年末年始(12/28~1/3)、夏季4日、GW

有給休暇(入社日に10日付与、その後は法律に準ずる/時間単位での取得が可能)

給与:

想定年収:360万~600万程

月給:300,000円+インセンティブ(年4回)

※入社時の月給は一律30万となります。

※個々の実績に応じて、年4回インセンティブ支給がございます。年収上限はなく、好業績であればそれ以上の収入を得ることが可能です。

月額(基本給):221,900円

固定残業手当:78,100円(月40時間分)

※超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給

24歳・美容業界(350万 万→454万→586万

25歳・英会話(300万 万→581万→629万

年齢や年次に関係なく、成果・実績に応じて昇給昇格、年収UPが可能な環境です。

個人の成果に基づき、年4回のインセンティブ支給が行われます。
