医療法人徳洲会 湘南鎌倉総合病院で、2026年4月から病棟クラークとしてご活躍いただける方を募集しています。正社員として月給195,235円からのスタートで、神奈川県鎌倉市岡本での勤務となります。

医療の最前線で働く医師や看護師を、事務作業の面からサポートするお仕事です。専門的な医療行為は行いませんが、患者様が安心して入院生活を送れるよう、また医療スタッフがスムーズに業務を進められるよう、縁の下の力持ちとして貢献していただきます。未経験からでも安心してスタートできる環境が整っており、研修制度もしっかりと用意されています。

◆お任せすること◆

・入院患者様の受け入れ準備

新しく入院される患者様がスムーズに入院生活を始められるよう、必要な書類の準備やベッドの確認、各種手続きのサポートを行います。患者様やご家族が不安な気持ちを少しでも和らげられるよう、丁寧な対応を心がけていただきます。

・退院患者様の書類準備

退院される患者様が必要とする診断書や各種証明書、会計に関わる書類などを準備します。退院後の生活に必要な書類を漏れなく整えることで、患者様の新しいスタートを支えます。

・保険証や申請書類等の確認

医療費の請求に必要な保険証の確認や、各種申請書類の内容チェックを行います。正確な事務処理により、患者様と病院双方が安心できる体制を作ります。

・8:30 出勤、朝の申し送り確認

・9:00 入院予定患者様の受け入れ準備

・10:00 保険証や書類の確認作業

・12:00 休憩(社員食堂で食事)

・13:00 退院患者様の書類作成

・14:30 各種申請書類のチェック

・16:00 翌日の準備、引き継ぎ事項の整理

・17:00 退勤

※早番の場合は7:30~16:00の勤務となります。
