仕事内容:
【年収例】
500万円/入社10年目・35歳(月給32万円+賞与)
320万円/入社2年目・27歳(月給24万円+賞与)
福祉用具(電動ベッド・車いす・手すりなど)の
配送・設置・提案を行うルート営業職です。
単に物を運ぶのではなく、
ご利用者様の暮らしに寄り添いながら、
より快適に過ごせるよう最適な用具を提案します。
弊社のお客様は、福祉施設など法人が顧客となりますが直接顧客のお客様(個人)にお届けすることが多いです。
【仕事の流れ】
8:30 出社・荷積み
→ 個人宅や介護施設へ配送・設置
→ 使い方の説明や回収対応
→ 17:00 帰社・事務処理
→ 18:00 終業
1件ごとに「ありがとう」がもらえる仕事です。
ノルマなし・信頼関係重視の営業スタイル
配送件数は1日7〜10件程度で無理なく働けます
※配送の案件がない時間帯は、
福祉用具のメンテナンスや入出庫作業のお手伝いをお任せする場合もあります。

未経験歓迎
普通自動車免許(AT限定可)
・営業・接客・販売経験を活かしたい方
・人と話すのが好きな方
・社会貢献性の高い仕事に興味がある方
・安定した業界で長く働きたい方
勤務時間・曜日:
8:30〜17:30(実働8時間/残業月20h程度)
完全週休2日制(日+1日 基本は土曜日)
祝日・GW・年末年始休暇あり
年に1回4連休を有給取得すると+1日休日が追加される制度がありますので、
前後の土日と併せて、9連休をご自身の好きなタイミングで取得いただくことが可能です。
