【配属想定組織】コンサルティング事業本部 経営コンサルティング部
【組織の概要】
経営コンサルティング部は、経営者(CXO)の参謀として経営をナビゲートするプロフェッショナル集団です。具体的には、企業経営に関する基本的な考え方とそれに基づく計画策定・管理の変革、人財活用起点の企業変革、経営基盤としてのIT活用の高度化、そしてイノベーションと社会課題への対応といったテーマについて、業種横断でコンサルティングを提供。更にはNRIコンサルティングの他組織やソリューション部隊とも連携し、経営視点の改革をリードしています。
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■下記いずれかのご経験
・事業会社にてパーパス策定や社内浸透等のご経験
・コンサルティングファームでの実務経験
【歓迎要件】
■マテリアリティ、統合思考、ESG情報開示、パーパス策定、
TCFD、気候変動・脱炭素対応等の知見
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1800 万円
平均年収:1,322万円※2024年度
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
