【弊社について】 弊社はECサイトの構築・運用支援を強みとする企業です。 アパレル系のお客様をはじめ自社ECサイトやモール型ECサイト(楽天市場, Yahooショッピング, Amazonなど)での製品販売を加速させるためのサイト構築・運用をはじめ、物流体制の構築、集客・販売促進まで、ECビジネスに必要なあらゆるサポートをワンストップで提供しています。 【業務内容について】 順調に事業成長を続けており事務業務が煩雑になってきていることから、事業成長をサポートする事務担当を募集いたします。主には人事、総務業を中心に行なっていただく予定です。 【具体的な業務内容】 ・従業員の勤怠管理(出勤やシフトの管理、有給申請・管理、ノー残業デーの推進など) ・定期的な社労士との打ち合わせへの参加 ・総務、人事業務アシスタント
必須スキル
・基本的なPC操作が可能な方
歓迎スキル
・総務や人事のご経験をお持ちの方 ・IT・Web系の企業での就業経験をお持ちの方

・丁寧に業務を遂行できる方 ・業務内容に関わらず丁寧なコミュニケーションが取れる方
