神戸製鋼所神戸線条工場での、入退館受付や施設巡回などの警備業務全般をおまかせします。

座り仕事もあるので、身体への負担も少なく働けます。

  • 未経験から始められる

入社後すぐに、警備の基礎知識についての新任教育がありますので、未経験の方にも安心してお仕事をスタートしていただけます。

5名体制での業務のため、先輩スタッフのサポートのもと働けるので、わからないことがあってもすぐに聞ける環境です。

【仕事内容】


大手工場内での施設警備業務をおまかせします。

*警備員5名体制のチームで対応します

*班長指示のもと、それぞれの担当業務をおこないます

*夜間の来客対応は日中よりも少なめです(緊急時は対応が必要となります)

具体的には・・・

・受付、関係者の出入管理業務(座り仕事)

・立哨(立ち仕事)

・施設内巡回業務(一部外回りあり)

・車両の管理

・緊急時の消防対応などの有事対応業務

など

【勤務時間】


変型労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)

※1ヶ月160時間を1単位とし、超過分は時間外勤務扱い

4直3交替制(4チーム構成で1チームがお休み)会社カレンダーによる

①7:00~15:00(実働7.25時間)

②15:00~22:15(実働6.5時間)

③22:25~翌7:00(実働8時間)

※いずれも休憩45分

〇残業月平均20時間程度
