【仕事内容】

本ポジションは、人事部門にて採用業務をメインでお任せします。新卒採用・中途採用の両方に関わって頂く想定です。

【業務詳細】

・採用戦略策定(採用市場分析、採用課題の抽出とアクションプラン設定、効果測定など)

・各部門責任者やエージェントとの折衝、転職希望者への魅力付け/クロージング対応

・募集ニーズの要件定義、母集団形成、面接など採用活動における企画、実行、運営

新卒採用:25名〜30名

中途採用:30名〜40名

【ご入社後の流れについて】

未経験の場合は基礎研修からスタートします。

入社後1〜2カ月での独り立ちを目指し、できることから少しずつ業務をお任せしていきます。

チームでフォローいたしますのでご安心ください。

【キャリアプラン】

採用面接や説明会開催はじめ、人材紹介会社とのリレーション構築・ダイレクトリクルーティングの企画・運用、その他、採用戦略の立案・推進、社員研修企画・立案、採用ブランディング施策の考案、人事制度設計など、一人ひとりのキャリア志向に合わせて、幅広い業務への挑戦の可能性がございます。

試用期間あり/試用期間6ヶ月 本採用後に従業員持株会への入会が可能となります。

東京本社:東京都渋谷区南平台町2-17 A-PLACE渋谷南平台3階・5階(総合受付) ・7階

交通:JR渋谷駅より徒歩8分

【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間8時間・休憩1時間)

コアタイム10:00〜15:00

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均15時間〜20時間

繁忙期はありますが、採用チームの平均残業は15時間〜20時間程度です。

【給与】

328万円〜411万円

月給制 基本給195000円〜インセンティブ制度あり

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月40時間分として61200円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。

  • 賞与あり 年2回(6月、12月)
