Position Details
- HR System Planning & Design:
Planning, designing, implementing, and managing company-wide HR systems (including performance management, compensation, grading/leveling, career development, training, retention, etc.)
Designing, implementing, and managing employee career development support programs.
Identifying challenges related to talent development and retention, and developing and executing measures to address them.
Planning, designing, implementing, and managing talent management programs: Developing and promoting strategic programs related to talent identification, development, placement, evaluation, and promotion.
Planning, designing, implementing, and managing compensation systems, stock option plans, employee stock ownership plans, etc.
Planning and promoting the use of AI to improve productivity in the HR domain.
Initially, the main responsibility will be planning and managing talent management systems. The scope of work may expand to areas such as performance management and compensation, depending on the individual's interests and aptitude.
- Global HR Planning:
Collecting and analyzing information for the design of global guidelines and policies.
Collaboration and coordination with overseas offices/locations.
- Internal Support:
Responding to inquiries from employees and other departments.
Managing personnel costs (in coordination with the CFO's office and the Finance & Accounting Department).
- Other:
Special assignments.
Participating in and promoting work projects within the team, as well as cross-departmental projects (including project management).
Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations at a business company or consulting in the field of HR (both with at least 3 years of work experience)
Desired Qualifications
- Problem setting and problem solving skills
- Logical communication skills
