仕事内容

\カフェみたいにおしゃれなランドリーを一緒につくろう/オーナー様とアイデアを出し合ってお店をカタチにするサポートをお任せします。

具体的には

私たちがやっているのは、ただの「コインランドリーづくり」じゃありません。地域の人が集まれる、ちょっとおしゃれで心地いい空間をつくること。あなたにお願いしたいのは、お店のオーナーさんをサポートすること。「どうすればイイ感じになるか」を一緒に考える仕事です。

どこにお店を出す? 一緒に場所を考える

どんな内装にする? おしゃれなデザインを提案

機械のメンテ? カンタンなチェックだけ

  • 入社後まずは?

先輩社員に同行し、

仕事の流れやポイントを学びます。

商談に同席することもあれば、

オープン準備(装飾物の貼付けや

簡単なセッティング)を手伝うことも

  • 3ヶ月~半年後には?

担当者として独り立ちすることが理想

周りがしっかりフォローしますので、

少しずつ成長していきましょう

雇用形態:正社員

勤務時間:9:00~18:00(実働8時間)

残業はほぼありません

勤務地:転勤なし/UIターン歓迎/
