私たちはディーラーシップを組んでおらず、メーカー直販のみでテスラを販売しています。そのため、テスラアドバイザーは日本でテスラを販売する事が唯一許された販売員です。
自分や会社全体の販売台数が増えれば増えるほど、日常でテスラの車両を見かける回数が増えていきます。

Position Description
- 私たちは、電気自動車を販売する営業職をテスラアドバイザーと呼んでいます。テスラアドバイザーは、お客様の来店から納車までのお客様サポートを行い素晴らしい顧客体験をお客様に提供します。テスラアドバイザーは、会社のアンバサダーであり「持続可能エネルギーへ世界の移行を加速する」という壮大なMissionをサポートする一員です。
Responsibilities
- ご来店:お客様のライフプラン、要望のヒヤリングを行いお客様の課題やNeedsを読み取り車両の魅力をお伝えし、試乗誘致を行います。
- 試乗:試乗体験を通じてお客様様ワクワクさせ、車両の魅力を最大限お伝えしていきます。
- 商談:ヒヤリングや試乗体験を元にお客様のNeedsに合わせた適切な車両を提案し、購入プランや購入から納車までプロセスの説明を行います。個人のKPI、ストアのKPI達成を目標に日本の目標販売台数達成を目指します。
- 電話営業:日々の接客を通じて顧客情報を取得し、電話営業にて試乗予約を行っていきます。
Requirements
- Teslaのミッション、プロダクトに興味をお持ちの方
- 顧客対応に優れた経験をお持ちの方
- 個人のKPI、ストアのKPIの達成を目指し、チームワークを発揮できる方
- 高いコミュニケーションスキルを持ち顧客対応、社内業務を円滑に行える方
- 過去2年間事故歴のない日本の運転免許を有する
