仕事内容

完成した自動車部品の完成品の目視検査をするお仕事です。

自動ラインからできあがってきた金属部品(手に乗るサイズ)を

手に取って、ちゃんとできているか見て確認する作業です。

OKだったら箱に詰めていって出荷の準備を行ないます。

扱う部品は、手に乗るくらいの小さいものです。

通常業務のほか、月に何回かはラインを止めて機械の保全をする日があったり、

みんなで整理整頓・職場環境を整える作業、

日々の清掃作業などもありますので、ご協力ください。

  • 1日の仕事の流れ

08:30~

お仕事開始。ラジオ体操のあと、現場で5分程度の朝礼があります。

工場内で自動ラインから金属部品がどんどんできあがってきますので、

ひとつずつ手に取って目で見て確認します。

OKだったら、出荷用の大きなパレットに納めていきます。

しばらくは先輩社員へ帯同し、業務に慣れていきましょう。

10:30~

10分間の小休憩。

小休憩のあとは、お昼まで作業を続けます。

12:30~

お昼休憩。

広くてきれいな食堂では美味しい定食などが楽しめます。

自分でお弁当やパンなどを持ち込んで、つめ所や休憩場で食べることもできます。

13:30~

午後の業務開始。引き続き検査業務を行ないます。

15:30~

10分間の小休憩。

小休憩のあとは、また夕方まで作業を続けます。

17:30

1日の業務終了です。お疲れさまでした。

残業の場合には、17:15(多少前後することもあります)から、

15分間の休憩をしたのちに、作業を再開していただきます。

配属場所にもよりますが、工場はこまめに清掃され、

空調もわりと効いていて、スポットクーラーなども多く、

快適にお仕事していただけると思います。

広くてきれいな社員食堂は、眺望良く遠くの景色を見ながら

ゆったりとお食事ができます。ワンコインで日替わり定食のほか、

パスタ・カレー・そば・うどんなど充実のメニューを楽しめます。
