<お任せするお仕事は?>

大手会計事務所の財務経理チームにて、サポート業務をお願いします。 まずはルーティンワークからお任せしますので、ブランクがある方もご安心ください。

・小口現金の管理、仕訳入力

・経費精算書類の回収、チェック、転記

・入金引当作業、請求書発行の補助

・銀行巡り(月数回、徒歩圏内です)

・ファイリング、書類整理などの庶務

【Q.】経理の経験が浅くても大丈夫ですか?

【A.】仕訳の入力や勘定科目の知識があればOKです「経理のプロを目指す」というよりは、正確にコツコツと事務作業を進めることが得意な方に最適なポジションです。

【Q.】残業は本当にありませんか?

【A.】原則ありません。業務終了時の片付けで数分発生することがある程度で、月平均でも5時間以内と非常に少なめです。

【Q.】職場の雰囲気はどのような感じですか?

求めている人材


以下のご経験があれば、経理実務のご経験は不要です

・事務経験をお持ちの方

・仕訳や勘定科目などの「経理の基礎知識」がある方

・Excelの基本操作(データ集計、グラフ作成等)ができる方

・日商簿記3級以上の資格をお持ちの方

・ブランクから復帰して働きたい方

勤務時間詳細


勤務曜日:月〜金の中で4日間勤務

勤務時間:9:30~17:30(実働7時間、休憩60分)

残業なし

休日休暇


完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)、年間休日120日以上

交通・アクセス


大手町駅直結(徒歩2分)、東京駅地下通路にて利用可能

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1800円 〜

・交通費全額支給 (3万円/月まで)

・残業代は別途全額支給いたします
