地域金融機関の銀行勘定系新規システム(預金、内国為替、融資、顧客)における、計画・管理の推進を行いプロジェクトをリードして頂きます。
また、現行システムにとらわれずに新たな業務を定義しながら銀行をリードする立場で要件定義~基本設計を推進していただきます。
【業務の詳細】
■次世代基幹系システムコンサルティング・システム構築
次世代の銀行システムの構想検討や選定などのコンサルティング、及び構想を具現化するシステム 構築プロジェクトをご担当いただきます。
■メンバークラス:
お客様と共に、新たな業務のフローや仕様を定義し、要件定義~基本設計まで必要な要件に落としていただきます。経験やスキルレベルに応じてチームリーダーお任せする場合もあります。
■マネージャークラス:
管理計画(進捗・課題等)や移行計画・テスト計画の策定の推進役を担っていただきます。また推進中の状況の管理を行い、リスクに応じてコントロールをお任せします。

【必須経験・スキル】
■金融機関向けのシステム構築経験またはサービス導入経験
■Java、JSP、PostgreSQLを使ったオープン系システム設計・開発・テスト経験またはオープン言語に対する知識があり独自で学んだ経験がある
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■AWS上での設計・開発・テスト経験がある。
■事実分析を行い、客観的な知見を取り入れながら、改革/改善すべき事項を導き出した経験
■勘定系(預金、内国為替、融資、顧客)の知見がある
