仕事概要
\未経験OK・ゼロから始めて"SEOライター"に/ 300万人以上が訪れるメディアを持つ当社で、文章を書く力を武器に、検索される記事づくりを学んでみませんか? 「SEOライター」と聞くと難しそうに感じるかもしれませんが、最初はみんな初心者。 経験がなくても、先輩のサポートを受けながら少しずつスキルを身につけていける環境です。 「文章を書くのが好き」「Webの仕事に興味がある」そんな想いからスタートして、 "ただのライター"ではなく"多くの人に届く記事"を作れるプロライターを一緒に目指しましょう 【具体的なお仕事】 記事の作成(ライティング) 検索されやすく、読みやすい記事を書くコツを学べます キーワードの選び方・使い方 専用ツールを使って「読者が求めているテーマ」を一緒に考えていきます。 記事の構成(見出しづくり) 見出しの立て方や情報の整理の仕方など、プロの型をお教えします。 記事の振り返り(効果測定・リライト) 書いた記事がどれだけ読まれたかを見ながら、より良くする工夫をしていきます。 【キャリアステップも充実】 希望があれば、ライターとしてだけでなく、 Webメディア全体を企画・改善していく「Webディレクター」へのステップアップも可能 「どんなテーマに注目するか」「どんな記事が読まれるか」など、 検索上位を目指すプロ視点も身につけながら、キャリアの幅を広げていけます。 【使用ツール】 (※未経験でも使い方は丁寧に教えます) Googleドキュメント/スプレッドシート(記事作成・管理) Google Search Console/Keyword Planner(検索分析) Ahrefs/Clarity(アクセス解析) Canva(見やすい画像づくり) Gyron など 【この仕事で得られること】 "検索される記事"を作るためのノウハウ SEOやWebマーケティングの基礎知識 読みやすい文章・構成力 メディア全体を見る視点(ディレクション力) 【こんな方にピッタリ】 文章を書くのが好き 未経験からWeb業界に挑戦してみたい やるからにはスキルもちゃんと身につけたい 将来、フリーランスや在宅でも活躍できる力をつけたい 【歓迎スキル】 ・SEOライティングの実績 ・SEOメディアの運営実績

応募概要
給与
想定年収350万円〜550万円(能力・経験・前職の給与を考慮の上、面談により決定) ※想定年収には月20〜30時間分の固定残業手当(月額¥33,069〜¥73,113)を含む ※みなし残業時間を超過した時間外労働に対しては別途残業代を支給する ※月平均残業時間10時間

【勤務時間】 ・フレックスタイム制 ・清算期間:毎月1日〜末日の1ヶ月間 ・コアタイム:11時〜15時 ・フレキシブルタイム:始業7時〜11時 / 終業15時〜22時 ・標準労働時間:1日8時間 1日単位で始業・終業時刻を設定することができ、柔軟な働き方が可能です。 有給は当日の申請でも取得でき、プライベートも充実させられます。 ※対象:年俸制 / 日給月給制の従業員 【休日・休暇】 ・完全週休二日制(土、日、祝日) ・長期休暇(夏季休暇、年末年始休暇) 年間休日125日以上 ・有給休暇 当日の申請OK ・産前産後休暇、育児休暇 育休後復帰率100% ・結婚休暇 ・忌引き
