担当いただく業務(What You'll Do)
HR オペレーションサポート
• 従業員データ管理(入社・異動・退職手続き)
• 勤怠情報の確認・入力
• HR システム(例:Workday)へのデータ更新・管理
• 契約書・通知書・請求書・備品発注管理などの人事関連書類作成補助
• 社員ファイル管理(電子・紙)
• 名刺作成の手配
オンボーディングサポート
• 入社準備に必要な書類の整理・準備
• オリエンテーション関連業務のサポート
• 入社資料やオンボーディングセットの準備
社内サポート業務
• 社内問い合わせ(主にメール)の一次対応
• HR 部門内の一般事務サポート
• Excel や PowerPoint を使用したミーティング資料の作成

必要なスキル(What You'll Need)
• 基本的な PC スキル(Outlook、Excel、Word)
