【 Job Description】

This business unit was established in March 2017 with the mission of "making B2B transactions secure and seamless" and the vision of "becoming the payment infrastructure for B2B transactions." It provides a range of services, including business-to-business deferred payment and billing services, early monetization services for accounts receivable, fundraising services for startups, and invoice card payment services for businesses. The business has grown to handle over ¥280 billion in transactions to date.

The company has also been promoting cashless transactions through various payment methods, such as cards and wallet payments, and providing a cashless platform that streamlines back-office operations as a FinTech service. As one of the services on this platform, they offer business credit cards for sole proprietors and corporations.

The company group has been providing a wide range of financial services aimed at solving businesses' payment and cash flow challenges. To deliver even greater value in the intersection of SaaS and FinTech, they plan to consolidate their FinTech-related businesses starting in March 2025. By centralizing their highly compatible financial ventures, they will promote efficient business operations and strengthen governance, while also advancing agile and flexible business strategies, including obtaining necessary licenses and permits.

Responsibilities

You'll be involved in the definition, design, implementation, and release of the company's identity verification (eKYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) platforms, which support their FinTech domain, as well as their ongoing improvement.

Specifically:

・Developing API servers, web interfaces, and jobs using Ruby on Rails.

・Designing business workflows and implementing systems based on interviews with business operations teams.

・Optimizing and implementing UI/UX in collaboration with designers and users.

・Building systems and frameworks to swiftly resolve operational issues.

*In the future, you may have the opportunity to develop with Go language, though no prior experience is required at this time.

They view this position as an opportunity to gain hybrid experience as both a SaaS Engineer and a Corporate Engineer (DX Engineer). They'll work across teams, unconstrained by conventional boundaries, as they develop and operate optimal internal infrastructure systems while considering other teams' systems.

【 Requirements】

Required

Experience in Ruby on Rails development (3+ years)

Interest in Golang

Experience using container technologies such as Docker

Preferred

Experience in mid- to long-term service operations using AWS, GCP, or other cloud services

Experience in microservices development

Experience in scrum team development

Experience in data engineering

Experience in 0→1 phase development

Experience in taking ownership and executing cross-team collaboration to solve cross-organizational issues

Experience in AI development or using AI tools

*The company is currently working on improving operational efficiency using AI, and is planning to introduce AI agents to all its products in the future.

Language Proficiency

Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 equivalent).

Basic English skills (TOEIC 600~) to catch up with English speaking engineering organizations
