[Mission]
Founded in 2010, the company develops advertising platform and marketing SaaS businesses and is currently in a high-growth phase driven by the steady growth and diversification of its products, as well as continuous M&A activities. Furthermore, the company is diligently expanding its operations to establish service channels in cutting-edge marketing domains, such as the launch of an AI business in 2023 and the execution of an M&A of a company expanding its market share in North America.
To aim even higher as a global tech company, the Management Information System Development Department builds the company's infrastructure, networks, and security systems, and supports the implementation and management of server systems and tools for efficient operation.
Currently, the company is in a phase of achieving further growth with the goal of stepping up to the Prime Market. 【Responsibilities】
Based on your experience, you will initially be entrusted with a portion of the following duties. In the future, you are expected to be involved in a wide range of tasks while also tackling high-difficulty projects.
・Implementation of systems and tools for efficient operation, and construction/operation of management systems
・Improvement planning and measure promotion for office networks and security of a listed company
・Collaboration with internal audit departments regarding IT controls, P Mark (PrivacyMark), GDPR, and PCI-DSS
The organization allows for a wide range of experiences and skill development beyond the main missions listed above:
・PMI (Post Merger Integration) support (domain integration, unified server management, DNS management)
・Construction and management reinforcement of internal and inter-site networks, including overseas locations
・Windows Server management (AD CS, DNS, RADIUS, backup design)
・Optimization of information sharing across the group (integration of groupware tools)
・Strengthening measures against vulnerabilities and information leaks

【 Requirements】
【MUST】
・3+ years of experience designing and operating office networks (L2-L3 level operational management)
・Experience building and managing internal networks and site-to-site networks
・Japanese: N2 or higher
【WANT】
・Knowledge and experience in security and IT controls
Operational experience based on standards such as IT controls, P-Mark, GDPR/CCPA, and PCI-DSS
Experience collaborating with and responding to internal audit departments
・Project promotion
