仕事内容:

未経験から手に職つけたい人、住み込みで新生活を始めたい人歓迎

やる仕事は、建物の壁や床を仕上げる左官工事です。

【主な仕事】

いきなり難しい作業はなし。まずはサポートからスタート

  • 道具の準備
  • 材料づくり(練る作業など)
  • 片付け・清掃
  • 先輩の作業サポート

2~3人のチーム制で、先輩が横について教えます。

慣れてきたら、壁や床を塗る作業にも少しずつチャレンジ

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~17:00 休憩90分

残業 月平均5~10h(繁忙期のみ月平均30h程度)

※定時退社が大半
