店長代理スタッフ

「仕事内容」

話題のグリークヨーグルト専門店

"グリくる。心斎橋店"で

店長のサポート役として

店舗運営全般に携わっていただきます。

まずは、カフェ運営の

一連の業務からスタート

・お客様のご案内

・オーダー受付

・レジ対応

・商品の提供

・テーブルセッティング

・店内清掃など

自社工房で作ったヨーグルトを

使用するため、難しい調理はありません。

業務に慣れてきた後は、

店長不在時の現場管理、

スタッフへの指示出しやフォロー、

売上・在庫管理のサポートなど

幅広い業務をお願いいたします。

店舗がスムーズに回るよう、

現場の中心となって活躍していただきます。

SNS発信のサポート、

新メニューや販促企画など、

お店づくりに深く関わりたい

という方にぴったりのポジションです。

現場に立ちながらチームをまとめ、

店舗の成長を牽引していく役割のため、

もっちり濃厚なヨーグルトは、

クリームチーズのようなコクと

自然な甘みが魅力です

座席は着席で20席のみ

写真を撮りたくなる店内で、

SNSでも人気です

制服や髪型は自由度が高く、

自分らしいファッションで

働けるのもポイントです。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1400円 〜

  • 経験や能力を考慮し、決定します
  • 昇給あり

給与例


時給1,400円の場合

週2日・1日3時間勤務33,600円

週3日・1日4時間勤務67,200円

週5日・1日5時間勤務140,000円
