・移転価格調査、異議申し立て・審査請求に対するサポート

・移転価格更正リスクの評価

・移転価格ポリシー構築のサポート

・移転価格調査に対する事前準備・文書化

・移転価格に関する事前確認(APA)の取得のサポート

・相互協議関連アドバイス

・無形資産・グループ内役務提供の管理

・グローバルな取得の適正配分戦略の立案

<経験・スキル>

【必須要件】

以下いずれかに該当する方

・監査法人、コンサルティング、政府機関、一般事業会社等で移転価格サービスに類似した業務(監査、コンサルティング、税務、経理・財務)経験

・経理・会計・財務の知識、又はPM経験

・英語にアレルギーがない方

【歓迎要件】

・経済学・商学・法学のバックグラウンド

・税理士資格・会計士資格保持者歓迎

<語学>

  • 英語:ビジネス会話レベル歓迎
