Responsibilities:
- Administer, operate, and support Oracle E Business Suite R12 across production and non- production environments
- Manage Oracle Databases including installation, patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Handle backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery using technologies such as RMAN and Data Guard
- Administer and support Oracle SOA Suite including BPEL, OSB, and middleware integrations
- Design, deploy, and manage Oracle workloads on cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across EBS, databases, middleware, and cloud environments
- Implement security controls, patching, and compliance standards for enterprise systems
- Provide L2 and L3 operational support and work with global teams on upgrades, migrations, and issue resolution
- Document system configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle E Business Suite R12 administration
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator using Oracle 12c or later
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle SOA Suite such as BPEL, OSB, and related middleware
- 3+ years of experience managing Oracle workloads on OCI, AWS, or Azure
- Strong experience with performance tuning, backup and recovery, and high availability architectures
- Hands on experience in Linux or Unix environments with scripting and automation
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, patch management, and compliance requirements
- Business level English (TOEIC 700+) and Japanese (JLPT N2+) communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross functional teams
