5つの等級が設けられており、10項目の明確な基準をもとに査定を実施(半期に一度)。等級が上がることで手当や役職がつき、給与もアップします。

【業務内容】

病院・クリニック・医師会などの医療機関などの顧客に向けて、下記のようなWEBサービスの提案営業をお任せします。

・HP制作

・WEB広告運用

・SEO対策

・LINEツール

・動画配信サービス など

〇具体的には…

弊社でHP制作を担当した顧客に対し、コンサルティングをしながらWEB広告やSEO対策等の運用委託、自社開発サービスを提案・受注していただきます。

既存顧客がメインのため、テレアポや飛び込み営業は一切ありません。

代理店等からの紹介を受けた際、新規顧客への商談・提案をしていただきます。

*新規顧客の獲得だけでなく、既存顧客との信頼関係を築き、長くお付き合いするのが当社のスタイル。すでに関係性のある顧客への営業がメインなので提案もスムーズです

*個人ノルマなし。チーム全体で目標を達成していきます

【入社後は…】

入社後は、企業理念や経営方針、自社サービス、社内ルール等を学んでいただく1週間の座学研修からスタートし、その後は1人ひとりのご経験やスキルに合わせた育成プランを立て、OJT形式でお教えしていきます。医療広告のルールや専門知識など、実践を通して学べます独り立ちまでは半年程度を想定しています。

・営業経験 1~2年以上 (個人・法人どちらでも大丈夫です)

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 23日

10:00~19:00(実働8時間)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 21万円 〜 35万3000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万4375円 〜 5万6719円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・別途交通費支給 (月3万円まで)

・給与は経験、年齢、能力などを考慮して決定いたします。
