Overview
Rakuten Mobile's incident management operations are a series of processes for quickly detecting, recovering from, and minimizing the impact of any incident that may affect our business, such as service or system anomalies, failures, and security breaches. Our ultimate goal is to maintain and improve the quality of our services to customers and ensure business continuity.

Workflow
- Rakuten Mobile's internal incident reporting manual and tools are available, and Candidate will learn and conduct operations in accordance with these rules
Scope of Responsibilities
- Support incident management process of Rakuten Mobile (from initial incident reporting to obtaining final reports and implementing recurrence prevention monitoring)
English Usage
- Some Rakuten Mobile employees are foreign nationals and Candidate will need to use English language
Work Environment
The Governance, Risk, and Compliance Support Section operates under the jurisdiction of the Operations Department and the Strategic Business Compliance Support Department, and consists of three sections: Governance, Risk, and Compliance. The Risk Management Section is divided into two groups: Incident Management and Risk Management.
Strategic Business Compliance Support Department, Governance, Risk, and Compliance Support Section: 45 members
The Risk Management Group to which you will be assigned currently has 3 members.
Mandatory Qualifications
- English proficiency sufficient to understand business emails and business conversations
- Interest in incident management
- Experience in incident management (There is no requirement regarding years of experience)
