コンビニに勤める店舗スタッフの方々をサポートするお仕事です。

事務所のPCやタブレット端末に関する

お困りごとについて回答します。

・受電対応

(対応例)

「ギフト商品の発注がしたい」

  • 「〇〇のボタンをクリックすると専用の発注画面が開きます」

「パンが10個納品されたけど、システム上には在庫0と表示されている」

  • 「操作履歴をお調べいたしますね。…検品がまだのようなので、検品作業を行ってみてください」

マニュアルや過去の受付を参照して回答することが多いですが、

すぐに解決できない案件はリーダーに引き継いだり、

専門部署に対応を依頼します。

システムから届く通知をチェックし

店舗にある機器の通信状況の確認や、

修理の手配などを行います。

1か月半の研修期間で、丁寧に教えるので安心してくださいね。

【STEP1】座学研修(約2週間)

まずは電話応対の仕方から、業務の基礎知識まで

基本の部分を学びます。

動画を見たり、資料を読む座学の時間がメインです。

【STEP2】OJT研修(約1ヶ月)

実際の対応を聞きながら流れを覚えたり

先輩スタッフと電話の練習を行います。

徐々に簡単な問合せに挑戦し、慣れてきたら独り立ち

もちろん、困ったときはすぐに先輩がフォローします。

1年以上の勤務で要件を満たした方は、正社員登用制度に応募できます。

勤務時間詳細

  • 週5勤務制

下記の2パターンよりお好きな時間帯をお選びください。

①9:00~18:00(休1h)

②13:00~22:00(休1h)

入社後は時間固定です。他の時間帯で勤務することはありません。

「14時から働きたい」などの多少のずれは調整いたしますので、ご相談ください。

契約更新期間:6ヵ月

休日休暇


年間休日数:120日

面接時にご希望の勤務曜日をお伺いし、ご相談の上シフトを決定します。

入社後は曜日固定です。他の曜日で勤務することはありません。

※祝日は出社ですが、翌月までに必ず振替休日を取得いただきます。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1600円 〜

時給1,600円

・残業代1分単位で別途支給

・通勤手当別途支給

【昇給モデル】

半年に1回の定期的な評価により、頑張りに応じて時給がアップします

・入社1年目:時給1,600円

・入社2年目:時給1,700円(※1年で100円以上時給UPした先輩もいます)

給与例


月給25万6000円(1,600円×8h×20日)

※月収は勤務日数により変動します。
