【AMBL株式会社】DBP/【新設部門】ITコンサルティングマネージャー/ DXプロジェクトリード

【仕事内容】

同社のITコンサルティング部門において、同社クライアントのDXプロジェクトをリードし、構想策定からデリバリー

・定着化まで一貫してクライアントへの価値提供をいただきます。

マルチプロジェクトのマネジメントやチーム運営を通じて、クライアントの変革支援と事業成長の両立を担うポジションです。

担当するクライアントは、通信系大手企業、金融業、製造業、大手SI企業など、同社のクライアントを業界問わず幅広くご担当いただきます。

  • 主な業務内容

・大手企業向けDXプロジェクトのリード

  • 経営・業務課題の整理から構想策定、PoC推進、実行計画策定まで一連を主導
  • クラウド・データ・AIなど先進技術を活用した変革支援

・デリバリーリード、プロジェクトマネジメント(PM/ PMO)

  • 複数案件の進捗・品質・リスク管理、ステークホルダーコントロール

・顧客開拓・営業戦略の立案

  • 提案機会の創出およびクライアントとのリレーション構築
  • 営業チームや他事業部門と連携し、クライアントへの提案

・チームマネジメント・育成

  • デリバリー品質管理、メンバー採用、育成計画策定、評価・フィードバック、ナレッジ共有推進

800万円~1500万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
