【業務内容】
クリニックにて、外来患者さまの姿勢・動作改善を中心としたリハビリを行います。慢性的な肩こり・腰痛・膝痛などに対して、評価と運動指導を行い、日常生活の中で無理なく続けられるトレーニングを提案。
医師と連携しながら、痛みの軽減だけでなく"再発を防ぐ体の使い方"を身につけてもらうことを重視した外来リハビリです。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:45 出勤・カルテ確認(当日患者の動作・症状チェック)
9:00 午前リハ(評価・姿勢指導・運動療法)
12:30 休憩
14:30 午後リハ(生活動作の改善・セルフケア指導)
16:30 次回来院に向けた自主トレ資料作成
17:30 記録・医師との情報共有
18:00 退勤

【月給】22万円-27万円-≪内訳≫ 基本給 20万円-25万円-資格手当 2万円-【昇給】有 【賞与】年2回 計3.00ヶ月分(前年度実績)
