仕事内容:

【未経験から専門スキルを身につけるチャンス】

土地家屋調査士法人 中央ライズアクロスでは、東京・大手町を拠点に土地や建物の測量・登記業務をサポートするスタッフを募集しています。未経験からでもスタートでき、測量機器の操作やCADによる図面作成など、基礎から丁寧にマンツーマンで指導します。入社後は簡単な作業から始め、1~2ヶ月で一通りの業務に慣れることが可能です。将来的には国家資格取得も目指せる環境で、一生ものの技術を身につけられます。

【主な業務内容】

・土地・家屋の調査や測量補助(2人1組での作業、機械操作は当日習得可能)

・CADソフト(ブルートレンド)を用いた図面作成(簡単な操作からスタート)

・土地の境界確定に伴う近隣住民への立会・挨拶訪問

※測量は東京エリアが中心で、現場は1日1~3件程度です。

月給:271,000円~353,000円

月給=基本給+みなし残業代(45時間分/71,000円~92,000円含む)

※超過分は別途支給

※スキル・経験に応じて決定

賞与・昇給

・賞与年2回(昨年度実績2ヶ月分)

・昇給年1回(6月見直し)

年収モデル

・想定年収:365万円~510万円
