Telecom Network Monitoring experience
Familiarity with 4G, 5G Architecture esp. RCS/Messaging/IMS Understanding
Experience with Monitoring tools, troubleshooting techniques, or performance analysis
Should have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication
Should have the ability to work in a team
Should be ready for working in 24*7 support (24*7 Shfit)
Have ability to write basic python and shell scripts
Professional certifications such as CCNA, CKA, OpenStack COA is a plus

24*7 Network Monitoring,
L1 fault Management (Basic troubleshooting)
Ticket management
Alarm monitoring, Performance Monitoring
L1 Configuration Management
New Node Handover and Transfer to Operation (HOTO)
Incident management
Change Management
MIS/Reports/Presentation for Huddle calls/management reviews
Network/ Mobile App/Client Testing
Automation support, scripting
