仕事内容
当社における社内システムの構築、運用、および業務効率化ツールの開発をお任せできるフリーランス(業務委託)のエンジニアを募集します。 建築・住宅業界特有のシステムと、Google Apps Script (GAS) 等を用いた自動化ツールを組み合わせ、社内の「働き方改革」「生産性向上」を技術面からリードしていただくポジションです。
【具体的な業務内容】
- 専用CAD・積算システムの環境構築・連携
- 建築CADソフト「ARCHITREND(アーキトレンド)」および積算ソフト「積算係長」のシステム構築、設定、メンテナンス。
- 設計〜積算データの連携フローの最適化。
- 基幹システム(AnyONE)の構築・運用
- 工務店向け基幹システム「AnyONE(エニワン)」の導入支援、カスタマイズ、運用ルールの策定。
- 社内スタッフへの操作サポートやマニュアル作成支援。
- 業務効率化・省人化プログラムの作成
- Google Apps Script (GAS) を用いた業務自動化ツールの開発(例:チャットツールへの通知連携、スプレッドシートの自動集計など)。
- RPAやAPI連携を活用した、事務作業の自動化・省力化の提案と実装。
求める人材:
【必須スキル・経験】
- システム開発または社内SEとしての実務経験(3年以上目安)
- Google Apps Script (GAS) を用いたツール開発経験
- 要件定義から実装まで、自走して業務を遂行できる方
【歓迎スキル・経験】
- 建築・建設業界での実務経験、または業界知識をお持ちの方
- 「ARCHITREND」「積算係長」「AnyONE」いずれかの使用・設定経験がある方(※未経験ソフトがあっても、マニュアルを読み解きキャッチアップできる方は歓迎します)
- VBA、Python等での業務自動化経験
- API連携(REST API等)の実装経験
募集背景
事業拡大に伴い、社内のデジタル環境整備(DX)が急務となっています。現在、複数のシステムを使用していますが、それらをより有機的に連携させ、現場やバックオフィスの負担を軽減したいと考えています。 「技術で業務フローを変えたい」「建築業界のDXに挑戦したい」というエンジニアの方の力が必要です。
働き方・条件
- 雇用形態: 業務委託(フリーランス・副業可)
- 報酬: 時給 [2,500円〜4,500円] または 月額 [20万円〜]
- ※スキル・経験・稼働時間により相談の上決定します。
- ※案件単位(プロジェクト単位)での契約も相談可能です。
- 勤務地: [基本リモートワーク可 / 週1回出社 / 完全在宅など]
- ※ハードウェアの設定等で、必要に応じてオフィス([茨城県つくば本社])へお越しいただく場合があります。
- 勤務時間: 自由(成果物・納期ベース)
- ※週1回の定例ミーティング(オンライン)への参加をお願いしています。
- ※平日日中の連絡がスムーズな方を優遇します。
