Associate Systems Engineer

What You'll Achieve
As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will help provide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams throughout the sales process, from customer needs analysis to project scoping and solution design.
You will:
- Serve as trusted advisor to customers, partners and teammates by performing effective discovery of technical and business requirements
- Think creatively to design data center solutions that encompass the breadth of the Dell Technologies portfolio
- Have a passion for learning the Dell Technologies data center infrastructure portfolio, competitive offerings, general IT changes and customer and industry trends
- Leverage tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, web conferencing and white boarding

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated technical aptitude in a field such as engineering, computer science, business, math or applied sciences
- A passion for problem solving and a bias towards innovation
Desirable Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Some experience in relationship selling
