This role requires flexibility, a broad approach to business development, and the ability to oversee market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs. Key responsibilities include evaluating and managing new strategic business opportunities, providing leadership in planning and implementing strategic business objectives, and operationalizing program flow for optimal member enrollment and engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of Business Development/Marketing experience in Medical Devices or Healthcare environment and 3 years of people management experience.
