【業務用ソースなどの加工品を提案】

自社のトマト加工品や、パスタやピザなど

幅広い料理に使われる業務用ソースの提案営業です。

  • 既存顧客フォロー

お客様のご要望をヒアリングし、お困りごとを解消

したり、メニューについてアドバイスをしたりなど

お客様の現状を把握し寄り添い、解決していきます。

「今使っているのとは違う商品を」という要望があれば

開発部門と協力して商品サンプルを開発。

「調理に時間がかかっている」というお声があれば

手間がかからない、仕込みのいらない商品を提案

したり…。

営業はフロントに立つ職種ですが、会社全体でお客様を

支えています

  • 新規開拓

アポを取ったり飛び込みなどで新規開拓していきます。

過去の事例を用いて自社商品をアピールしてください

営業に使用する企画書や見積書作成などのデスクワーク

も大事なお仕事です。

【1日の流れ】

8:00

・朝礼

・書類や味の確認など各自準備

9:00~17:00

・営業開始(1日5件程度)

17:00

・日報記入(5~6行程度の簡単なもの)

・帰宅

残業は月平均20時間と少なめです

【サポート体制が整っているので安心してください】

入社後は商品知識を学ぶところからスタートします。

その後、先輩に同行しながら業務の流れを覚えて

いきます。

知識をきちんと身につけられるよう、研修期間は

1ヶ月以上を設定しています。

研修期間が明けても、先輩に相談するのはもちろん

開発チームに取引先に同行してもらうことも可能

会社全体でサポートします

現在、営業は4名。

みんな食べることが好きなので、自然と食に関する

話題が多いようです。

そんな普段の会話から「こういう商品いいかも」

とアイデアが浮かぶことも…

資格


【学歴不問・第二新卒歓迎】

業態問わず営業経験をお持ちの方

※やる気があれば業種未経験の方も歓迎です

<必須条件>

・営業経験(年数不問)

・普通自動車免許(AT可)

・基礎的なPC操作ができる方(Excel、Word)

<当社で活かせる経験>

・業界問わずBtoBの営業経験をお持ちの方

・食品業界での営業経験があれば尚歓迎

最近は定時退社も多く、遅くても18時には退社しています

給与


月給 26万2207円以上

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり3万4684円以上(固定残業時間:20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

・賞与 年2回(7月・12月)

・昇給 年1回

<残業代について>

・固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず20時間分を、

月3万4684円以上支給

・上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給
