Job description

The need has arisen for an experienced bilingual project manager to join our organisation.

Your core responsibilities will be to plan, manage and coordinate Mar-Com projects and tasks from planning, production & activation.

We are now expanding our in-house capabilities in exciting new ways across:

1- Digital marketing

What You'll Learn and Contribute as an Intern:

Assist in Client and Stakeholder Relations: Learn how to build and maintain professional relationships by supporting communication and coordination efforts.

Support Project Planning and Execution: Gain exposure to managing online and offline projects by assisting in their planning, execution, and tracking.

Help with Deadline Coordination: Assist in monitoring deadlines and supporting teams to deliver tangible outcomes.

Project Administration Basics: Provide general administrative support to project managers and learn the essentials of project workflows.

Learn Budget Control and Financial Processes: Get hands-on experience in supporting budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial analysis.

Contribute to Roadmaps and Schedules: Help maintain updated project timelines and delivery schedules.

Prepare for Meetings: Assist in preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring actionable follow-ups.

Follow Up on Tasks: Proactively check in with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Develop Project Reports: Learn how to collect, organize, and present project information effectively.

Share Project Updates: Assist in communicating progress and resource usage to stakeholders.

Forecast and Identify Risks: Observe and learn how to identify potential delays and provide updates to supervisors.

Perform Assigned Tasks: Contribute to various project-related activities as assigned to support delivery.

Support Project Completion: Participate in ensuring all functions necessary for successful project delivery are in place.
