~ この仕事の難しいところは? ~

交通誘導や窓口では一人仕事が多いので責任が生じるところ。

また、交通誘導は天候に左右されることがあります。

~ 大型連休の最大日数について ~

個人の有給残により異なります。

また、勤務はシフト制なので

カレンダー通りに休みがあるわけではありませんが

希望を提出すれば大型連休が取得できる体制を整えています。

仕事内容

【具体的な内容】

[1]

  • 業者様への鍵の貸出などの窓口業務
  • 倉庫内外の安全確認や不審者がいないかといった巡回
  • 火災警報受信盤や監視カメラなどの監視

[2]

  • 車が安全に出入りできるよう交通誘導

【特徴】

活躍の舞台は、大型物流倉庫。

設備は新しくキレイで、周辺には植物がたくさん茂っている遊歩道があり

癒し効果もある環境です。

巡回作業は単純な動作の繰り返しではありますが

広大な敷地で倉庫も大きいため

ウォーキングにもなるような健康的なお仕事です。

立哨(立ちっぱなし)の業務はなく、

窓口など座哨の時間が長いのがポイント。

体への負担を心配せず仕事に励めます。

【研修について】

座学にて3日間の施設警備、2日間の交通誘導を学びます。

先輩が付いての研修は日勤で4勤務~5勤務、

当務で2勤務~3勤務の平均1週間です。(個人差あり)

給与


[1]日給[A]21300円[B]9600円[C]11700円

  • 法定研修:21時間(2万5,725円)
