新規事業開発<マネージャー候補>【社長直下のポジション/立ち上げフェーズ】
【仕事内容】
同社の社長直下において、新規事業の構想策定からPoC(概念実証)、事業化、スケールまで一気通貫で推進する役割を担うポジションです。
・新規事業の企画立案(テーマ設定、事業コンセプト設計、ビジネスモデル構築)
・市場調査および顧客ニーズ・課題の仮説構築と検証
・収支計画・事業計画の策定およびKPI・マイルストーンの設計
・PoCの企画・実行および結果検証、事業化に向けた改善立案
・官公庁・自治体・民間企業などとの外部折衝および協業スキーム構築
・他社パートナーとのアライアンス検討、テクノロジー・データ連携の企画
・開発部門との要件定義、仕様検討、プロジェクト推進におけるハブ機能
エンジニア組織や外部パートナーと連携しながら、GIS・XR・AIなど先端技術を活用した新たなプロダクト・サービスを形にしていくことが期待されています。
