データマーケティングチーム|募集背景


・ダイレクトマーケティンググループデータマーケティングチームでは、データ活用によるマーケティングの高度化、営業推進施策のPDCAの定着の実現に向け、主に(1)データ分析・活用(2)非対面チャネルによる顧客接点強化に取り組んでいます。各施策を推進していくにあたり、これまで以上にお客さまへの訴求力を高めていくためていきたいと考えております。企画の質を向上させるため、キャリア採用にてご経験のある方を募集いたします。

使用言語、環境、ツール、資格等


・SAS(分析)

・Excel、PowerPoint(レポート、資料作成)

・html、JavaScript(コンテンツ作成)

・SQL言語(GUIツールを使うため高度なコーディングスキルは必須ではありませんが、リレーショナルデータベースの基礎概念の理解は必須)

応募資格(MUST)


下記いずれか必須

・マーケティング施策の企画、実行、評価の経験がある方

・データ分析やデータ利活用による課題解決や企画立案の経験がある方

応募資格(WANT)


・SAS、python、R等分析ツールやPowerBI、Tableau等のBIツール、GoogleAnalytics等のWeb解析ツールの運用経験がある方

・SQLやリレーショナルデータベースの知識、実務経験がある方

・統計学(統計検定2級以上)や機械学習に関する知識、実務経験がある方

・Eメールやオウンドメディア(Webサイト、アプリ)を活用したデジタルマーケティング企画やマーケティングオートメーション運用の経験がある方
