仕事内容


つくば市中心部の公的研究機関での事務のお仕事です。

研究部門内に複数外国人研究者がおりますので、サポート対応の為

英語を使用します。英語メインの業務というわけではありませんが、

英語対応業務が発生します。

その他研究者のサポート業務として、一般的な事務業務も行います。

未経験からのスタート大歓迎英語に抵抗感なく積極的にお仕事頂ける方歓迎

【業務内容】

・備品購入手続きや予算管理業務、郵便管理、勤怠管理業務

・その他外国人研究者の生活サポート等

・その他部署内の庶務業務

事務業務経験がある方(PC基本操作対応可能な方)

月~金曜日 週3~5日

9:00~17:00(休憩60分)※お時間ご相談可能です

休日休暇


完全週休二日制、祝日お休み

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1200円 〜 1250円
