【業務内容詳細】
- 契約書のリーガルチェック
・秘密保持の契約(NDA)などの確認(月20件程度)
・Wordの校閲機能を用いた修正案の作成
・相手方メーカーとのメールによる条件の調整
- 契約締結の手続き
・専用の電子システムを用いた手続き
【ツール】
・Word・Excel・Teams/Outlook

・研究推進部門:4名

【仕事の魅力】
最先端の研究を法的な側面から支える、法務の経験を活かしたお仕事です。業務に慣れ次第、基本リモートでの勤務が可能週1日程度の定例ミーティングの際のみの出社でOK週3~5で選べる×15時までの時短勤務も相談できるため、ご家庭を大切にしたい方に最適です。年度末(3月末)までの契約想定ですが、更新の可能性もありワークライフバランスを叶えながら、専門性を維持できる環境です。

【在宅について】業務に慣れるまでの2週間程度は出社、その後は週1~2回程度出社の基本リモートOK
