自動車生産用ボルト締付設備の製作及びナットランナー工具締付機器の組立

仕事内容:

◆主に自動車ラインの設備製作やナットランナ締付工具製作に伴う組立、調整、据付工事作業等を行っていただきます。(将来的には据付作業等は、主に休日にエンドユーザー様の会社へ出張して作業します。必ず先輩社員が同行します。出張工事日当手当、休日割増賃金が支給されます。)

※技能レベルに応じて、先輩社員とチームで共同作業しながらご指導いたします。

勤務時間・曜日:

主な勤務時間は以下の通りです。

勤務日: 月曜日~金曜日 第1、第3土曜日

勤務時間: <8:30~17:00>(休憩時間: <12時~13時、15時~15時15分>)

一日の実働時間は7時間15分と、業界でも短めの勤務時間を採用してます。

そのため、年間休日数は102日ですが、年間の総労働時間は1900時間程に抑えられており、毎日の負担を軽くし、無理なく働ける環境が整っています。

設備の据付工事やメンテナンスで、休日にユーザー様の会社へ出張して作業することがあります。(出張日当が別に支給されます。)柔軟な働き方が求められます。

休暇・休日:

・日 祝日、土曜日は第二、第四が休日。

・GW、夏季、年末年始(職種により変動する)

年収例:妻、子一人、25才勤続5年目 年収400万以上(各種手当、賞与月数計 4ヶ月分前年度実績含む)
