【仕事内容】

SIサービス事業部では、社会インフラや業務系基幹システムなど多様な分野での

プロジェクトが拡大しており、テストエンジニアを募集しています。

大手SIerや事業会社との取引が増加し、テスト自動化や生成AIなどの

最新技術を積極的に活用した品質保証体制への転換を進めております。

業務内容は、各種システム・ソフトウェアのテスト計画、分析、設計から実行、

品質課題の発見・改善提案、ドキュメントや作業フローの最適化などです。

SIer・事業会社・金融・流通・製造など多様な業界のITプロジェクトで

品質保証サービスを提供し、テスト自動化や生成AIなどの最新技術の実装を推進する成長環境です。

組織は業界軸で分かれており、ITシステム課、金融システム課、流通システム課があります。

チームでの作業が多く、客先常駐もあり、研修制度も充実しています。

【具体的には】

・ 各種システム・ソフトウェアのテスト計画、分析、設計~一部実行

・ 品質課題の発見・改善提案、ドキュメントや作業フローの最適化

・ テスト自動化や生成AI等の技術活用による効率化・品質向上施策の実行

・ メンバーやパートナーへの作業指示、技術支援

・ プロジェクト状況に応じたリーダー補佐、将来的な小規模リードへの挑戦も可

・ 顧客折衝、現場ヒアリング~改善提案

・ 報告書作成

【求める人材】

・IT系の業界に3年以上勤務されている方。

(プログラマー、テスター何れでも可)

・システム開発業務に1年以上従事されている方。

・AI/テスト自動化いずれかのプロジェクトへの参画経験

・開発・テストにおける小規模プロジェクトのリーダー

・複数プロジェクトの同時進行経験

【給与】

年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
