•Creation and implementation of the marketing plan for the product.
•Develop synergistic relationships with external stakeholders such as scientific associations and external experts.
•Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Medical Affairs to translate data into brand messages.
•Define patient centric strategy and contribute cross-functionally.
•Develop and implement internal and external communication plans.
•Maintain high level of conduct, awareness, and integrity during scientific events such as congresses and external symposia.
•Develop medical education initiatives stressing unmet needs and brand differentiation.
•Plan and execute trainings for sales force together with the training team and communicate tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation.
•Establish strong collaboration with related functions in global team.
•Build and manage productive relationships with 3rd venders.
•Ensure brand strategy activities are compliant with legal responsibilities.

•5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
•Experience in managing Opinion Leaders or national-level speakers.
•Individuals interested in planning brand strategies and executing tactics, who are enthusiastic about working with brand team members.
•Individuals who take responsibility for their work, are not bound by past practices, and can proactively take on new challenges.
•Experience of Oncology Marketing
•Communication and interpersonal skills in working with cross-functional and multi-cultural members.
•Possess a deep understanding of medical and pharmaceutical information sufficient to engage in in-depth discussions with Key Opinion Leaders.
•Correctly understand brand strategies and have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders in alignment with those strategies.
•Experience of launching new drug
•English reading / speaking / listening / writing skill (TOEIC score of 730 or higher)
