仕事内容:
金融業界向けの業務系Webシステム開発プロジェクトにおいて、
プロジェクト全体を統括するPMポジションです。
要件定義からリリースまでの各工程において、
進行管理・品質管理・関係者調整を担い、
プロジェクトを安定的に推進する役割を担っていただきます。
※本ポジションは実装作業は行いません。
■ 主な業務内容
- 業務系Webシステム開発プロジェクトの進行管理
- 要件定義・基本設計フェーズの推進
- スケジュール/課題/リスク管理
- 開発チーム・ベンダーとの調整
- クライアント・関係部署との折衝
- 成果物レビューおよび品質管理
- 各種会議体の運営、報告資料作成

■ 必須スキル
- Webシステム開発プロジェクトにおけるPM経験
- 要件定義〜リリースまでのプロジェクト管理経験
- 複数関係者との調整・折衝経験
- 課題・進捗を整理し、主体的に推進できる方

- PMO・上位工程での参画経験
- 大規模・中長期プロジェクトの管理経験
