仕事内容


PM(金融機関向けバンキングアプリ開発)グループ全体のシステムを支える/福利厚生

【仕事内容】

SBIホールディングスで採用、SBIネオバンキングシステムへの在籍出向ポジションです。

主に、金融機関向けのバンキングアプリの開発・運用保守案件の業務を担っていただきます。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・開発プロジェクトの予算・リソース調整・スケジュール管理

・自社内のチームメンバー管理

・クライアントとのリード案件に関する進捗等の打合せ

・要件定義や外部設計のレビュー

・ベンダーや社内プログラマーチームの開発管理

<入社後のキャリアパス>

・リード案件のメンバー、リーダーとして参画し体制になれていただき、段階的に規模の大きい/要件レベルの高いプロジェクトの要件定義からリリースまでを担っていただく

・メンバーもしくはリーダーポジションにて上流工程の実務を経て、将来的にはPM業務を担っていただく
