Your expertise will also come into play as you assist customers in selecting and customizing the perfect packaged solutions to fulfill their unique business needs.

Collaboration will be your cornerstone as you work closely with application architects and development staff to bring your visions to life. お客様の業務課題やSAPアプリの課題に関するコンサルティング、SAP技術を用いた解決方法を提案・設計・実装することをリードいただきます。

主にはアプリケーション保守におけるビジネスを軸足を持ちつつ、SAP S/4 HANA展開や先進技術に関する上流コンサルティングについても活動し、お客様が抱えているSAP関連の課題を解決することを支援します。

【業務内容】

以下の何れかの業務を担当いただく

・業務からSAP ERPへの業務設計、カスタマイジングを提案・要件定義、設計、実装することをリードする

・SAP AMS領域において、FI,CO,SD,MM,PPの何れかSAPモジュール、もしくはABAP開発業務をリードすることができる。

・GlobalのSAPアプリ技術者(英語圏)を管理し、日本のお客様にSAP AMSサービスを提供するブリッジし、お客様にサービス提供するPMを担当すことができる

・リモートでの在宅勤務を中心に、ニーズに基づいて出社やお客様先を訪問することがある

【必須(MUST)】

下記、いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

•FI,CO,SD,MM,PPの何れかのモジュールでSAPアプリケーション・コンサルタント、もしくはSAP開発者としての豊富な知識と経験(5年以上、かつ複数社での経験)

•SAP開発(ABAP)をリードした経験(5年以上、かつ複数社での経験)

•SAPアプリケーション運用保守を複数社での経験(5年以上、かつ複数社での経験)

•SAP展開プロジェクト(Green Field)における構想策定、要件定義、設計フェーズにてプロジェクトをリードした経験を有している(合計3年以上)

【歓迎(WANT)】

•SAP認定資格取得 (FI,CO,SD,MM,PP,WM,QM,PS,PM,ABAP)

Required Skills and Experience

•5+ years of experience in SAP application development or Customizing

•Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

•SAP ERP implementation experience

•One of SAP Module experience : FI,CO,PP,SD,MM

Preferred Skills and Experience

•Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
