仕事概要


MyDearestは「人生を変えるような物語体験をつくり、届ける」をミッションに掲げ、オリジナルVRゲームの企画・開発・パブリッシングを行うスタートアップです。北米を中心にユーザーの約99%が海外に広がる、世界でも稀有な日本発のVRエンタメ企業です。 本ポジションでは、経営チームの一員として、事業の持続的な成長と健全な財務基盤の確立をリードしていただきます。 IPOを視野に入れたコーポレート体制の構築を進める中で、資金調達・資本政策・経営計画・投資家対応といった横断的なミッションをお任せします。 VRゲームという新しいエンタメ領域では、従来の事業モデルにないスピードと柔軟性が求められます。あなたのファイナンス知見と戦略的思考が、グローバル市場での挑戦を支える"推進力"になります。 主な業務内容 ・経営チームと連携した中期経営計画の策定・実行 ・資本政策、M&A、アライアンス、パートナーシップ戦略の立案 ・海外プラットフォーマーやIPホルダーとの戦略的提携・交渉 ・国内外の投資家との資金調達(Equity/Debt)の企画・実行 ・財務シミュレーション、予実管理、キャッシュフロー管理 ・管理会計を用いたコスト構造の最適化 ・株主・投資家・金融機関向けの資料作成および説明対応 単なる数字の管理に留まらず、経営戦略の立案から実行まで一気通貫で担える環境です。海外投資家とのやりとりや英語でのディスカッションも日常的に発生するため、グローバル感度の高い環境でスキルを磨きたい方にも最適です。

必須スキル


・資金調達(EquityまたはDebt)のクロージング経験 ・ビジネスレベル英語での資料作成・交渉・プレゼンテーションスキル ・新規事業領域へのキャッチアップ力とドメイン理解力

歓迎スキル


・海外投資家からの資金調達(Equity/Debt)のクロージング経験 ・証券会社・投資銀行での実務経験 ・ゲーム・エンタメ業界での就業経験 ・中期経営計画および事業計画の策定および実行、モニタリング、ローリング経験 ・予実管理やKPIの設計・運用経験 ・資金繰り計画の立案および実行経験 ・経営層・事業部門との調整・連携経験

想定給与 :1000万円~1500万円 採用条件 :フレックスタイム制
